So I just watched a Paul Wellstone tribute on YouTube...

...and I was saddened, moved, angered, and empowered from it.

What a great man and a great inspiration. It moved me to hear Tom Harkin say, "Everytime an important piece of legislation comes to the Senate floor, I still look behind me, expecting to see Paul stand up and implore us to do the right thing." :(

I wasn't very politically aware at the time of his death,unfortunately, but looking back, I wish I was. This Sunday will mark the 7th anniversary of his death.

We need to keep the legacy of people like Wellstone and Ted Kennedy alive by continuing to fight for a better America.
