Some of us remember when FOX News was created. At that time, they admitted that they would not field reporters like CNN or NBC or other networks. They would simply comment on the "news".
They would give the "other side". Because the "news" was slanted to the liberal side. They admitted at their origin that was their goal. They were created to give a "conservative" slant to the "news".
In other words, they were created to be a propaganda arm of the Republican Party. And they have done it very well. Why do they now deny that fact??

1. Because a lot of their viewership now believes them to be a legit, nay the ONLY legit news channel. |
|
Their mission hasn't changed, they just want to hold onto as much power to influence these dolts as they can.

2. A chronic and habitual crook when confronted with the facts seldom admits guilt. |

They don't see the irony in it at all.
Faux Propaganda Network is now being called out for what they are, and it's a dirty association now. The Republicans have fucked up this country big time, going back to Reagan and all the criminal, idiotic things he did, straight through Bush II, The Idiot Son.
They eliminated oversight, checks and balances, fiscal responsibility, civic responsibility, and they played with other countries like it was a board game instead of reality. The "you'll do it our way or we'll blow you up" attitude was shoved down everyone's throats. And all the while, they professed to be good, conservative, Christians. Values, morals, and ethics were high on their list for everyone else, but they did as they wanted to do. If you complain, you're an anti-American terrorist.
FUCK FOX NEWS. They have promoted and enabled the GOP to do what they've done. It's about time someone called them out on their crap. I hope their viewers do the same as registered Republicans and advertisers have in recent years and abandon ship!

8. Good point - they're wackier than The Onion! |

How about that "Is this the Bush recovery from Obama's recession" thing? WTF?
Their viewers are too stupid to see how silly that is.

6. Most of the time if I tune into Faux they are |
|
bragging about their ratings and whining about being mistreated. Their argument is they get better ratings because they are "Fair and Balanced". The opposite is true they get better ratings because people like to hear people that agree with them, the hell with the facts. I think in time MSNBC may surpass them in the ratings. MSNBC needs to get rid of Joe Scarborough, what is the point keeping him around they need to purge all Republicans like Faux has Democrats then claim they are "Fair and Balanced". They could always keep Buchanan around for comic relief. I would like to see them pick up Colbert and Jon Stewart. Oh tomorrow I will be able to watch MSNBC again after over a year, I finally signed up for Comcast Digital.

9. Follow The Andy Rooney Philosophy |

Several years ago he did a great essay on "what's in a name". For example, if the sign says "Good Food", he was certain the owners were trying to convince themselves of the fact.
