The EDF is taking votes on the scariest climate action opponents descending on Capitol Hill. Which one should I vote for?
Click on link at bottom to see the candidates.

Dear John,

What's scarier than a pack of brain-starved zombies?

For us, it's the pack of climate action opponents descending on Capitol Hill with one purpose -- to derail our new energy economy and protect the polluting status quo.

But who's the scariest opponent of them all?

We're looking to you -- our online members and activists -- to decide.

Vote now on who you think is our scariest opponent.

We'll count your votes and let you know the winner by Halloween.

And of course, we'll keep you updated on our plan to fight back these frightful foes.

Thanks again for all you do!
Sam Parry
Director Online Membership and Activism
Environmental Defense Action Fund

P.S. Please help spread the word. Forward this email to everyone you know who is concerned about the climate crisis and our clean energy future. Urge them to vote and get involved.

4. That's the way I'm leaning so far.
I would like to see all of the lobbyists forced to wear orange jump suits like prisoners wear. That way it would be very obvious to people just how many of them there are and which politicians they go after.

Maybe a color coding system could be used to let us know which lobby they work for.
Orange could be for Insurance companies, Big Pharma, Oil interests ..etc.
Green could be the Environmental groups.
Camouflage could be for defense contractors.

And so on and so on.

I know that there are lobbyists for good causes also, but I would like the American people to see who actually runs our government.
