WPost: Milbank thinks 60% of population is a "liberal interest group." If only!
This elitist skull and bones Mo'Fo' doesn't seem to understand that over 60% of the US population supports a public option.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/10/26/AR2009102602782.html

For Reid, it was an admission of the formidable power of liberal interest groups. He had been the target of a petition drive and other forms of pressure to bring the public option to the floor, and Monday's move made him an instant hero on the left.

FDR: What a Mo'Fo' he is!
ER: Indeed he is, dear...

4. Cokie. LOL. Wasn't she the one that ragged on Obama for going to Hawaii for vacation last year?
Suggested it was foreign?

5. The very same! Congressman's daughter. Lives in Chevy Chase in the house she grew up in...
goes to Blessed Sacarament with Mark Shields, E.J. Dionne, MoDo near Chevy Chase Circle and her brother runs an insanely wealthy lobbying firm. He's Tommy Boggs. Married to a man who went to Harvard.

She has NO clue what it's like going to public schools, universities, being in the military or paying more in payroll taxes than income taxes.

3. I doubt you'll get any arguments from anyone here
The internet breathed a sigh of relief the day he got his ass canned from that "humor" webcast think he did.

6. Even more than usually pathetic writing on Milbank's part
The whole piece is designed to portray Reid as caving to "liberals'. Must be the latest memo received by Milbank. Watch for this meme to be repeated elsewhere.

Plus, notice his snark:

"By the Nobel committee's revised standards, his (Reid's) aspirations might even earn him the prizes in medicine and economics".
Can't be jealous and not show it Dana, as my grandmother used to say.

OK, I have just recently been enlightened as to the term used towards the entrenched cocktail weenie circuit water carrying elitist punditry class as "the Village". There are so many contenders, but Milbank is surely one of a large number of Village Idiots. His writing defines "banal". I think he's supposed to be light and humorous, but it's hard to tell. Why does the Post consider him worthy of a column?

7. Not big enough -- we need more!
But 60% would be a nice, round number to start our "interest group" with.

8. What shall we call this interest group? I think the word 'enlightened' would be good to include. nt
