Barring a Senate rule change, it's going to be a modern filibuster with a cloture vote.

I say, kick it old school. Make the old geezers stand for hours with a tube attached to their privates so they won't yield the floor.

9. I agree, the longer they stand there reading the telephone book the
angrier the people will be. If I am not mistaken they have to keep talking and handing the mike off to another pug in order to keep it going. If they lose control of the mike the filibuster would be over.
