When did this piddling little off-year election become THE OBAMA REFERENDUM? |
|
Sheez. The media can't WAIT until he goes down, can they?

Dems win: Meaningless local elections. Pugs win: Obama loses major national referendum.
It was ever thus.

5. It's incredibly annoying |

I don't remember a peep about it being a referendum on Bush during the local elections. But one Republican win means the takeover is coming! It's ridiculous.

6. When did off-season elections in 2000-08 become referendums on Bush? |
|
All the reporting I see says it's A factor, not THE factor. I've lived in 5 countries and it's the same everywhere, no matter who's in power.

I searched on the phrase 'referendum on bush' and found plenty of pre-2008 results.

They 'create' reality, remember? Which in reality means they fuck it up and distort it beyond all recognition.

Had there been no elections to report on in FAUX news' flim flam way, I can just imagine it. They would be interviewing someone who recently tore off their Obama sticker - "We are here at the home of Josephine the Manicurist. She has pulled off her Obama 2008 sticker off her car, and now it is official - Obama has lost every single American's confidence."
And this just in - mustard sales are down. Film at eleven.

when in fact he has been in office less than 10 months.
