If the Stupak amendmend isn't stripped |
|
in Committee and becomes law the forced birthers will have won a big victory. Because the truth is it won't just prevent public monies from funding a legal medical procedure. It will effectively prevent most private companies from offering coverage for abortion services.
Remember the asshole repuke who was crowing last night about how many millions of abortions the Hyde Amendment has prevented? Multiply that.
We've been Stupaked.

3. I keep forgetting. Men are saving women from themselves |
|
by forcing them to give birth.

4. Is it better not to do anything this year to reform health care because we can't get a bill we want? |

5. despite the assurances of the pompom crew, I have doubts that this horrific piece of bs will be |
|
stripped from the final bill. but then, women just aren't important.
