I interupt the DU to bring some weird news for you.
An apologetic graffiti artist ran out of purple and left a note explaining the unfinished creation. Police were not amused. In Vallejo, CA a man whose car was impounded stole a car to make a court appearance for , guess what.... car theft! Have you ever had a hard time passing your driving test? My room mate had to take the driving test many times before finally passing. That's nothing compared to the woman who took 950 times just to pass the written test! Then there is the guy wanted by the police in Wales who didn't like the picture police provided the local paper. He sent the newspaper a better photograph of himself! Office workers celebrating the New York Yankees World Series win began tossing files and documents out the window at the victory parade when they couldn't find confetti. And finally, Republican congressman Mike Pence declared defeat in the healthcare bill hours before the vote.

We now return you to the regular DU.

4. Dia de Los Muertos, All Souls Procession, Celtic Festival coming up
ah, Tucson rises from it's summer burrow and looks for culture. I miss that part of city life ;)

Hope other DUers find some healthy distractions from time to time. So essential to balance and health. Have fun for me, Kali! :hi:
