if a child is born even though the mother wanted to abort (for example because of severe deformity) but the abortion was not covered by her insurance including public option if that is her insurance, the law must require the insurer to pay for lifetime care for that child without any lifetime limit. The child cannot be cut from insurance plan no matter what.
Lifetime care ought to scare the bejesus out of the insurers.

the woman and her existing family should also be covered under the lifetime, no exclusion benefit as well.
