So does President Obama still have those signing orders that Bush had? |

If he gets a health care bill that's pretty good but has something he doesn't like can he just ignore that part? Or can pick and choose from the bill till he gets something that he likes?
Pardon my ignorance if he doesn't have the same powers Bush gave himself. This thought just occurred to me.

Because that was Clinton and ruled unconstitutional by the SC.
Are you talking about signing statements? Because that's just the opinion of what the law's interpretation by the president signing it. Those go way back.
