He was water boarded in secret CIA prisons and there isn't a chance in hell they would let pictures of him come out after that. The CIA even went so far as to destroy the tapes made that they made to pretend they were following some kind of regulation.

They could not stop this sloppy mess of a man from planning and carrying out the worst terrorist attacks our country has ever experienced. They could not capture the person responsible or prosecute anyone involved. Everything they did was sloppy and poorly thought through, if at all.
