It's just up the street from my work. I know some cops, and apparently they are doing nothing about this - there's nothing they can or want to do. Weed really is no big deal here, unless you're selling it or getting tested for it for your work. Otherwise people, including the cops, really don't care about people smoking (or eating) it.

We've been know nationally as the hometown of Tonya Harding for years. Maybe people will now think of legal weed instead of her in association with Portland.
