Daniel Hopsicker on how the Carol Lam firings tie into the bigger picture of rampant criminality
Fans of investigative journalist Daniel Hopsicker should check out his recent interview that discusses Gonalez's firings of Sad Diego attorney Carol Lam within the context of the related Duke Cunningham scandal, the Abramoff scandal, the shady dealings of the 9/11 fight schools, mob-owned Casino boats linked with Tom DeLay & friends, the evolution of the Iran Contra private intelligence networks, and many more interesting topics that all tie back to the interrelated criminal networks that have a stranglehold on our country. Here's the http://wfmu.org/listen.ram?show=22777&archive=34592">interview.

Enjoy! :bounce:

3. Did someone say flow charts of rampant criminal networks? This sounds like a job for...
Artist/researcher http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Lombardi">Mark Lambardi. There are a few of his charts available http://www.pierogi2000.com/flatfile/lombardi.html">here. A http://images.google.com/images?q=mark+lombardi&hl=en&um=1&sa=X&oi=images&ct=title">google image search on his name brings up a bunch more.

Unfortunately he committed suicide in 2000 :-(, but what he's left behind is still invaluable.

4. Thanks for those links!
I can only imagine what his charts would look like now, after 6 more years of Bushinsanity.

2. I've got to believe that these Senators KNOW this.
They better start questioning this rat bastard about this.

6. "What did they know, when did they know it?" is one of the great questions of our time
If this country manages to avoid being bankrupted, liquidated, and sold to foreign creditors in the coming decades, and actually manages to escape from our New Gilded Age intact, I really hope we look back on this time and ask just who knew what when.

5. I'll have to check that out
The corruption is so deep-it IS the mafia running this country. That's not hyperbole. And meanwhile, people are worried about haircuts. Someday maybe the second revolution, pluto in Capricorn is going to tear it all down.

7. what's even scarier is you could say the mafia effectively running most of the world
or at least groups that are organized in a Mafia-like fashion. I've recently been reading about Russia's post-Soviet era...it's like the Soviet Union got replaced with the friggin' love child of the Russian Mafia and the KGB. And that's just one example!
