CNN-Senior Administration Official-Gonzo testimony - "it is like watching a baby seal get clubbed".

CNN just reported that WH senior officials are (paraphrasing) shocked at how bad Gonzo's testimony is and they think he is going down.

Susan Malveaux (sp?) essentially said "they" can't figure out Gonzo's strategy for his testimony. She recited the baby seal quote. She also did say that his fate depends on only one person - the President.

The baby seal comment made me laugh. Hopefully, someone has it on their DVR or Tivo because I can't remember all she said but it was quite a damning set of statements directly from "senior WH officials".

This man was not called Abu Gonzales for nothing. This is the man who was complicit in the torture at Abu Ghraib prison outside Baghdad. He was also instrumental in the offenses committed at Gitmo.

I was going to say, well, some other animal, but I can't think of any animal noxious enough to be compared to Albert. Even the most noxious at least serve some person in the natural order. Gonzo serves very unnatural purposes and I delight that he will surely be tendering his resignation soon.
