Bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2007/04/19/mccain-sings-bomb-bomb-_n_46259.html

From a Georgetown Times' article on a recent campaign stop made by Sen John McCain.

Another man -- wondering if an attack on Iran is in the works -- wanted to know when America is going to "send an air mail message to Tehran."

McCain began his answer by changing the words to a popular Beach Boys song.
"Bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran," he sang to the tune of Barbara Ann. "Iran is dedicated to the destruction of Israel. That alone should concern us but now they are trying for nuclear capabilities. I totally support the President when he says we will not allow Iran to destroy Israel."

And then people wonder why school shootings happen. Welcome to the Land Of The Psychopaths, where their elected leaders sing song about the potential killing of God knows how many innocents.

When will we get a candidate whose theme song is that old hippie anthem,
"Come on people now, smile on your brother, everybody get together try to love one another right now..."

2. That was ugly.
In the past year, I have wondered to what extent McCain was willing to humiliate himself. It has become clear that he feels no shame. But he should.

3. He's caught Bush**'s inappropriate (and amazingly dumb) sense of humor
When is it ever okay for somebody seeking the presidency of this great country to joke about the potential of bombing another nation? For you nitwit RW trolls out there, the answer is: NEVER.

4. That was actually a hit song back in 79 when the hostages were taken.
After Khomeini took over, and the shah fled, there was a whole slew of them. Another one was "AY-A-TO-LA" sung to that annoying knack tune "my sharona"

The unfortunate thing is, it just shows how little we have matured and grown as a culture in the 28 years since. Same stupid shit. I'm expecting people like McCain to show up to a rally wearing an old "Ayatolla-Assahola" t shirt.

5. The Mullahs in Iran are power hungry, not suicidal.
They want nukes for the same reason Kim Jong-Il wanted nukes: As a deterrence from attack.

They know any nuclear attack on Israel would likely mean Tehran as well as dozens of Iran's larger cities get hit by Israeli nuke warheads.
