Instead of a robust marketplace where we can get AFFORDABLE HI, what we have is a HI Monopoly set up to drain every hard earned penny from the taxpayers by either MANDATORY insurance from those that would fleece us for every nickel and then drop us without blinking an eye or, if you choose NOT to buy your HI from the Mob...err... IC, then you'll be fined.
