1. of course not
and even if they did the smoke companies would still charge the same prices and just pocket what used to be the tax... like they did when they raised the prices months before the tax went into effect.

4. It's not looking good for any healthcare reform
all we're getting is an insurance bill. Hopefully they won't destroy SCHIP in the process.
