1. It will end when people stop buying this shit. I can't blame |
|
a marketer for trying to make a buck on her popularity if they cna. If they don't sell, then the marketer looses.

2. if I could make money selling useless shit to Palin fans, I would. |
|
I would donate a large chunk of the profits to MoveOn.org, too, in Sarah Palin's name.

5. How much are they going for? |
|
I ask for a reason.
As an Antiques Roadshow devotee for years, my kids often wound up watching it with me as they were growing up.
They developed a sense of what might be valuable in future - and often nudge me into leaving them something in my Will that will make them instant millionaires when they show up on AR, treasure in hand.
I think this might be it - an investment in my children's future.
"I had our history buffs and our coin experts consult on the valuation of this piece. After extensive research, it turns out that this Sarah Palin person actually existed - and once ran for the vice presidency of the United States! The fact that she has been long lost in the annals of history puts this coin in the one-to-two million pound range. Unfortunately, despite the best efforts of our researchers, we could not ascertain what ever became of said Ms Palin after 2010. It's as though she somehow quit being relevant."
Ca-ching!!!

There will always be enough stupid people to keep a few Palin's prowling around.
She's the political equivalent of Anna Nicole Smith. There's a market for that kind of stuff.
People who struggle with the vocabulary in Ann Coulter's books love Palin.

Let these damn fools waste their money on the commercialization of the dimwit from Wasilla. She's working the system for all it's worth. Only a matter of time before she slips and they turn on her with a vengeance.
