1. How many realize that Azerbaijan is directly related to
the Caspian Sea oil deposit..one of the largest. Cheney was there when negotiations were being made about who gets what. Next take a look at the shortest route to the gulf from Azerbaijan for a pipeline. No wonder Iran was on his radar screen..as was Iraq/Afghanistan. Google the map.
