Nope sorry. I am not going to pretend weak behavior is strong. I am not a republican and how dare you insult my intelligence Mr. President.
You know we have been waiting for the adult Obama to show up since January and we are still waiting. I like you but you suffer from a serious lack of testicles. I think you handed them over to your chief of staff. Pretending your strong only works when people are afraid of you, say like Dick Cheney and his private military.
How else do you explain the disconnect between what people want in health care and what the masters will allow?
Somewhere along the line Mr. President became to proper for change we can believe in.
Your wasting your presidency to appease the machine and the machine is killing us.

1. Nope, sorry wrong I disagree. |
|
Obama passed the biggest tax cuts and biggest Jobs bill in history with the stimulus. He has moved health Care farther than anytime in our history (and we'll see what happens). He has improved the world's view of the USA and announced deadlines to leave Iran and Iraq. Furthermore the mess he inherited economically does show signs of improving--still a ways to go, but compared to what he inherited he gets a solid B from me.

Obama should not have hobbled himself by playing the games that caused everyone who ran against him to loose. He should have started with his foot up someone's ass; and then kept kicking. Instead he's negotiating, and has been handing them the rope to hang him.
The games kill more people than the enemy. And again instead of actually doing something of strength Mr. President goes on TV and pronounces he is strong.

3. I want affordable health care, and not to be gouged on housing by the ownership class |

But I guess those are intolerable goals for our "Democratic" majority...

16. Are you asking for someone to smack you around? |
|
I mean are you freaking serious?
Affordable?
Like is it affordable for the rest of us to have a burden class? Because that's really what we are talking about. I hope you didn't think I meant burden as in poor people. When I say the burden class I think of the rich assholierthanthou who sucks the life out of the economy because the boats not big enough.
It is always easier to burden the faces in the back ground with the burden of the players in the fore ground. You get my drift about who historically has been at the receiving end of the burden.
The economy burdens the week for the deeds of those who pretend/show/abuse strength.

20. Yes, and I wish the Democrats would stick to our talking points: |
|
Get out of Iraq No Escalation in Afghanistan Single-Payer Jobs for Americans - dump so-called Free Trade Agreements Protections for workers' rights to organize Bailout Main Street and Backstreets - Not Wall Street No American taypayer funds for corporate salaries, bonuses and luxury benefits Help American Homeowners Stay in their Homes Equal Rights for All Americans - womens' rights to choose and gays/lesbians in marriage and the military Agressively join other nations to reverse human caused climate disasters Re-build New Orleans and the Gulf Coast End legalized graft in Congress - demolish the Third House - the grip lobbyists have in elections and passage of legislation Force Corporate Polluters to pay for their environmental devastation, not tax-payers
Just a start!
