Pissed at Joe Lieberman? Then help elect more REAL Democrats in 2010!
Joe is only kept around in the Dem Caucus because they don't have a possibility of 60 without him. If Dems are not getting his vote on critical issues, I say kick his ass to the curb. But ... that still won't pass public option health care this year or next year.

I think we need to take what we can get NOW, and then elect at least three more REAL Democrats next fall and go for building on what we achieve this year in 2011.

Nothing would make me happier than to tell Joe Lieberman and Ben Nelson where they can take their love affair with lobbyists, Republican lobbyists. I don't expect Obama to be able to influence Joe. He's really a Republican, you know. The party can strip him of his chairmanship and kick him out of the caucus, which I hope they do, but he'll just run to his buddies McCain and Graham who will welcome him into the Republican caucus. His vote is not "gettable" for the Democrats and everybody knows it. No need to blame the President, or Rahm Emanuel, or Harry Reed. Blame the people of Connecticut who elected this POS when they could have had Ned Lamont.
