since he's rich enough to save Air America, he might live in a big house...or worse still...be rich!

3. Can we drop the "house too large" straw man?
It's almost like every single topic I've seen on here lately has been comparing the size of their houses (in the wake of the Edwards purchase). It's silly and really quite annoying (when it invades every topic on here).

10. He was the Dem candidate for NYC mayor in 2001.

He filled in for David Bender on his program, "Politically Direct" not too long ago. I liked what he had to say.

7. I agree that it's tiresome
Perhaps this time the Puritan contingent at DU won't be so quick to judge a person's character by the size of the house he or she lives in.

After hiding 50 threads on the subject Saturday I finally gave up and logged off till today. I was hoping we had moved on.

12. Yep - I've stopped hiding them, just too much work
I understand that some people feel passionate about it, which is good, but not when they use it as a litmus test for every single topic on the board.

11. Wasn't it actually Mark Green's brother? I thought that's what Randi just said....
Either way, the most boring show in the history of talk radio is about to end and be replaced with someone 10 times better, so that's good enough news for me. :)

(Good luck in the Senate, Al. Stay off the radio, please!)

13. Well...
if he lives in NYC, I doubt that he has 30,000 sq feet, no matter HOW rich he is! :)

$30,000 a square foot. That must be what they meant!

14. "Save" is a relative term.
I don't know enough about this guy to make a judgment, but like Trump, he is a NY real state developer. With hosts like Randi shilling for thieves like Goldline and advertising from the usual oppressors, I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens.
