The Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission will hold its first hearing g on Wed. Jan. 13,
followed by 2nd hearing on Thursday, Jan. 14th
starting 9 am.

If they don't show up, I'm sure they will provide a perfectly acceptable excuse. It can be hard to travel in winter, you know.

2. Financial Crisis, the shocking continuing story

Does anyone or everyone get the ramifications of the Fed set to finish buying $1.25 trillion worth of mortgages? Or what happens next when they stop buying them?

The treasury, with tax dollars or public debt, is funding the Fed, a private corporation embedded within the US government, to buy home mortgages? Nationalization of people's homes?

And the focus and outcry is about nationalizing some parts of the healthcare system?
