MSNBC has been bashing Democrats ALL day! I thought they were on our side? |
|
Isn't there anything in the new gossip book about Republicans?

They have more personalties than Sybil during the day.
(And they wonder why their daytime ratings lag so much...)

8. The MSM outlets are corporate-owned, regardless of |
|
the programming MSNBC may put out there to bring in liberal viewers.
GE, their former (to be) owner and Comcast are controlled by conservative interests.
They want ratings. They don't care where the numbers come from, so throwing liberals a little carrot in the form of Countdown, Rachel Maddow and Ed Schultz is just a way to bring in more viewers under their 'big tent'.
That's offset by a lot of their other commentary and catering to Republicans during the rest of their political lineup and on their newscasts. Chris Matthews blowing hot and cold when it comes to liberal coverage means he has to play the field.

Never, ever lose track of what a corporation is there to do, which is make money and consolodate power. All MSNBC does, for the most part, is repackage the "common wisdom" into more digestible bites for a different audience.

any station on "our side" I want a true fair and balanced (not the nonsense that Fox puts out on a daily basis) for news. Additionally there are still 3 liberal leaning hosts in the evening on MSNBC.

13. Balanced is worthless but I'll take some of that fair |
|
Afterall, if coverage was fair there would be no reason for balance because our always wrong conservative friends would be off the radar.
