Only one caveat for those unfamiliar with the site: Charity Navigator does not rate the CAUSE or the philosophical approach of the organizations. It is up to you, the user, to decide the worthiness of the cause and if you agree with the philosophical approach that the organization has.

But it's a fantastic tool!
