Man, this is getting ridiculous, a MAJOR COVERUP by the Media, which WE OWN (the airwaves anyway), as IF I don't have CSPAN 3 then I have NO IDEA what the hell MY DEMS are DOING to Rid us of the Right Wing and Bush!

I missed the whole Gonzo thing, NOW Waxman is reading off Subpeonas while the right wingers HOWL, and if it wasn't for the DU I wouldn't have a CLUE.

Where the hell is the transparency?

I mean my own damn site I've had for 5 years and more is called Takebackthemedia.com, and of all the people who keep on top of stuff, ME, I STILL can't find anything out without the DU or the WEB.

I suppose I'll have to form a coalition, and DEMAND that I get to SEE what Waxman is doing, that there be SOME REPORTING going on..

There is a TOTAL BLACKOUT going on, it's not just bashing the DEMS, it's all CENSORED from average Americans!!

I never in my life thought I'd live to see the day where I can't find out a DAMN THING that going on, like SOviet Russia.

Someone needs to REPORT on this BLACKOUT.

Why isn't span3 offered on basic cable with 1 and 2? I've never understood that.

4. We own the AIRwaves. . . . . NOT the cable transmissions,
unfortunately.

Most cable packages will include C-Spans 1&2. If you want #3. . like everything else, you need to organize your fellow viewers and bug the hell out of your cable providers.

6. You obviously have access to a computer. Why not go to
www.c-span.org and watch it on your computer?

10. Yes, but why can't they just put it on TV along with 1 and 2?

13. Yeah, I could do that
but who wants to watch to two inch screen that drops out when too many people pop in.. couldn't even watch Gonzo for that reason..

It's like watching tv in the 1950s :)

My point is, the Clinton SHAFT was shown on nearly EVERY station, and Gonzo was basically INVISIBLE, and now so is Waxman, while he's WAXING the Right Wingers..

It's a conspiracy by the Corporate media and the WHite House, a COVERUP, to keep the public out of the loop.. there is no other answer.

I'm politically aware and I have to DIG to find any info.

It should be a CRIME. Maybe I can start a movement, go after the FCC.

14. When traffic is high, the site overloads
there's nothing like watching it on your TV. I understand the OP's frustration. I would just bug the shit out of the cable operator. Demand it!!

15. Good f-ing luck on getting your cable co to comply with your wishes!
I was sooo pi**ed yesterday because I kept hearing that Bill Moyers was going to be back on PBS, and I made a note in my planner that the first broadcast was to be Wed. 4/25/07! Well, I checked my programming and couldn't find a listing. I called PBS to check the times and channels of an airing. I was told that there would be a special program tonight at 9PM, and the reg. programming would begin every Sunday at 9PM with a hiatus of 2 weeks at the end of May, and would resume in June. They had no idea what the channel # is on Charter Cablel.

SOOO I called Charter. WHAT A JOKE!!!! First I called my local office, and all I got were answering machines saying no one was available! So I called the Customer service 800#. The answer----"I'm sorry, I can't find any listing." I figured I'd try asking Charter via email; maybe they could find some knowledgble human? NOPE! My email answer was "I'm sorry you didn't receive your response in your first 3 attempts. Charter only carries 1 Public TV station in your area, even though you have the highest teir package we offer. I do not show a listing for Bill Moyers Journaleither, but I have a sneaking suspicion they will be airing it on GPB (Georgia Public Broadcasting). They will probably send us a lst minute notice.

Now, if they don't even know what programs they ARE going to air, do you REALLY think they'd pay attention to one I already KNOW they don't air but I would LIKE to receive????

This damn exclusivity in their area needs to GO AWAY! If I knew I owned the only game in town, I guess I wouldn't GAS about the customer either!!!!
