Question: Why are almost all the loan mortgage cos located
in Ohio? Ever look at all those refi offers in the mail?.OHIO!..Why there? Is there any significant reason why?

I wonder what state the insurers will move to after people are allowed to buy across state lines
I imagine the Republicans will get that wish before long

2. Because all the ones in California have gone out of business?
IndyMac, Countrywide, Golden West, WaMu, etc. plus any number in Orange County have failed or merged and exited the business.
