Actually Elizabeth Edwards gives me hope that an unglamorous earthy woman can find and keep love with a glamorously handsome guy. Alright, my husband ain't as good looking as John Edwards by a longshot. but as a wannabe actor he (rather disturbingly) cares more about his appearance than I do.

Elizabeth Edwards is a beautiful woman herself, I think! Sure JE is a good looking guy, but Elizabeth looks good too and, wow, I can't even explain all the other attractive qualities she has!

Honestly, it's not that I'd necessarily be looking for a "hot" redhead or any other woman based solely on looks. Intellect is what I love. Creativity too. Being a decent person. I find most women to be pretty attractive, in the first place. Women all basically seem to try to dress nice and look good no matter what their physical appearance is otherwise. Part of that probably has to do with the harsh beauty standards imposed on them, I'm sure. Not everybody can be thin and gorgeous, but then again not everybody can be as special a person as Elizabeth Edwards. And that definitely counts for something. That can certainly more attractive than looks alone. I mean look at her, when she steps in front of a crowd, she stands out. It's like she is so radiant everyone else pales compared to her. :)

But yes, I am a short guy, not going to win any beauty contests, but, I don't exactly scare away women and children and I seem to do ok with women when I choose to, so I suppose we all have our qualities, haha. :)
