3. Her followers are not all extremists

Most of her followers are dumb and desperate. They know their world has spun out of their control and their futures are bleak. They're dumb, though, and will accept any fool explanation of who to blame, like Iran, instead of thinking it through to a few rich men and the assholes who do their dirty work.
