I have told you about Uncle Jim...Well, he is hours from death |
|
My mom is in Louisiana now, with her sister. I haven't heard from her since this afternoon. I assume that the situation is grave, and I have not telephoned as I don't want to bother the family as they deal with his death. I heard this morning that my uncle was in extreme pain.
I know I asked you all a couple of days ago for wishes. I just want my uncle to be relieved of pain so he can pass with some type of peace. It is such a shame for a fine man as he is to be deprived of his life. Please send your thoughts that he may die painless and in peace.
Thanks.

when I was 16, I know what you're talking about.
I'm there, the waves are lapping in that direction.
BTW, if you want something good to read, you might want to pick up a book by Kubler-Ross, "On Death and Dying." EVERYONE should read it, whether you are ill or not, as we'll all cash it in someday, and it doesn't hurt to know a bit about it, as a matter of fact, it can help you Live a Better LIFE.
Thinking of you, and family.
