His buddy, Fred A. Leuchter, Jr. was convicted in Germany, but they "forgot" to confiscate his passport, so he just got on a plane back to America.
Also, Leuchter was not an engineer. He was convicted in Massachusetts of practicing engineering without a license.
He's the "genius" who said that there was not enough Cyanide residue in the gas chambers to have been used to gas people, so it must have been used for de-lousing clothing. However, the packaging instructions for Zyclone-B clearly show that it takes MORE gas to kill lice than to kill people. Oops.

Hate Crimes Targeting Jewish Communities on The Rise
If you thought anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial would wane in Canada after Ernst Zundel was deported to Germany two years ago, think again.
Although Zundel recently lost his last try to return to Canada, Holocaust denial and anti-Semitism are alive and thriving, according to B'nai Brith Canada.
"As the door slams finally shut on Zundel, there is much more work needed to be done to address the growing and dangerous spread of Holocaust denial."
Holocaust denial is an anti-Semitic propaganda movement that denies the established history of the Nazi regime's genocide of 6 million European Jews along with 5 million from other minority groups during World War II.

The number of hate crimes targeting Canada's Jewish community has been growing. According to B'nai Brith Canada's 2006 Audit of Anti-Semitic Incidents, 935 incidents in total were reported in 2006, accounting for a 12.8 per cent increase over 2005, and four times greater than ten years ago.
Rudner says Statistics Canada figures show that hate incidents directed at Jews make up 25 per cent of Canada's entire number of hate cases. "This number is big considering the small Jewish community in Canada."
