I like the mix of English and French in the Canadian anthem at the ceremonies

people should do that more with ours, of course with English and Spanish.

11. I was recently told by an American customer service rep...
...that the correct name for "English" is actually "the American language."

I'm Canadian, and he knew that, and I was trying to get their supposedly multi-lingual software to work in English. (It worked just fine in French, go figure.)

3. The NHL does both the Canadien and American anthems.
I love the Canadien one. It's pretty catchy. :)

And they play the Canadian anthem. I find myself singing to it. The American anthem - well, it doesn't do it for me.
