Freepers promoting census fraud
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2450019/posts

"Just send the form in with junk on it.

Except if you live in a safe “Red” area, inflate the number of people who live there.

If you live a Blue area, 1 or no people live there.

(For Cogressional reasons)"

People who have a blanket distrust of government are the stupidest people on Earth.

5. I was going to title my post with those exact words!
Are the freeps so unAmerican that they would question the wisdom of the founding fathers? It renders BULLSHIT all their prior bloviation about loving the Constitution. They reveal themselves as subversive dickheads with all their evil scheming.

11. They're funny people.
And by "funny", I really mean "stupid".

On one hand, they love to blather about how Supreme Court Justices should treat the Constitution as some sort of sacred document handed down by Jesus Herman Christ, but with the other hand they happily wipe their stinking asses with the same document.

Which is it, you fuckheads?

20. Due to the circumstances of His conception
in which He has no biological father - and was therefore shortchanged in the chromosome department to the tune of 1/2 - perhaps it stands for 'haploid.'

They are violating the law if they do it.

Simply advocating that is a violation of the law.

10. Here's one statute:
Census Law and Fines
The following section of the United States Code requires that people fill out their U.S. Census forms and provides a $100 penalty for not answering the Census and up to $500 for giving false information.

13 USC Sec. 221
TITLE 13 - CENSUS

CHAPTER 7 - OFFENSES AND PENALTIES

SUBCHAPTER II - OTHER PERSONS

Sec. 221. Refusal or neglect to answer questions; false answers

(a) Whoever, being over eighteen years of age, refuses or willfully neglects, when requested by the Secretary, or by any other authorized officer or employee of the Department of Commerce or bureau or agency thereof acting under the instructions of the Secretary or authorized officer, to answer, to the best of his knowledge, any of the questions on any schedule submitted to him in connection with any census or survey provided for by subchapters I, II, IV, and V of chapter 5 of this title, applying to himself or to the family to which he belongs or is related, or to the farm or farms of which he or his family is the occupant, shall be fined not more than $100.

(b) Whoever, when answering questions described in subsection (a) of this section, and under the conditions or circumstances described in such subsection, willfully gives any answer that is false, shall be fined not more than $500.

15. For their intent, it would be more than that:
"If you offer suggestions or information with the “intent to cause inaccurate enumeration of population,” you are subject to a fine of up to $1,000, up to a year in prison, or both."

4. First of all, these mental midgets don't the HOW'S and WHY'S of the census...
The "how" is that mail addressed households (and places where homeless are likely to seek services) are canvassed by US Mail for this information.

They knock on the door when you don't fill out what comes to your door.

Secondly, the Census would employ anyone needing a job who goes through the process that anyone who should be employed safely would expect. Drug testing, or background checks are part of that process.

But these assholes wouldn't know that, would they?

Why do we even deal with Freepers? What do you expect from a pig but a fucking OINK?

22. I don't normally venture into Freeperville, but I steeled myself to wander in this time
just to see what they were saying.

Boy, am I glad I didn't wear my good shoes.

One posted about a job fair for recruiting Census workers and said "Those of you who live here understand the intent." What intent?? Their intent to HIRE PEOPLE?? Their intent to COUNT THE POPULATION?? This is terrible, insidious stuff??

I just love how many of these nutjobs regard the Census as an invasion of their precious privacy. "NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS!"

Oh, and the ones who think all they should have to do every 10 years is report whether the number of bathrooms in their house has changed or whether there were any births in the family.

And the ones who implied they would greet any Census worker arriving at their door with a shotgun.

The stupid truly hurts.

23. What a nasty way to bring up a child
To: JimRed
when i was a single mother i held the policy of keeping my son informed on important stuff that affected the two of us. subsequently he developed a belief that whatever the adults were talking about he should have all that info also. i developed a system that let him know he should butt out and zip his lip that just involved 3 letters. NYB. stands for not your business. this stopped nosy questions and kept both of us from being embarrassed. when i get a census form i will provide the number of humans living in my house and answer the other questions with NYB. if it is good enough for my kid, it’s good enough for the government.
