Berg Announces
“Birth Certificate March on Washington”
to Demand Obama Resign
as Obama is not
“Constitutionally qualified”
to be President

(Lafayette Hill, PA – 02/03/10) – Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States announces “Birth Certificate March on Washington” demanding Obama resign as President as he is “Constitutionally ineligible” to be President.

Berg is requesting all citizens of the United States to email, fax or mail a “copy” of their Birth Certificate that will be presented to Obama demanding that Obama resign because he has failed to produce his long form (vault) Birth Certificate to show he is “Constitutionally eligible” to be President.

Berg related an email he received. A woman from Texas told me she registered her thirteen <13> year old nephew for school. When registration was finished, her nephew asked the Principal, “Can I ask you a question?” The Principal said, “Yes.” Her nephew said, “How come I had to show my Birth Certificate to register for school, but Obama did not have to show his to be President ?”

Berg said, “That email motivated me to continue to expose Obama for the fraud he is !”

~snip~

Berg said, “Then, we will be preparing them to deliver to Obama demanding that he resign from the Office of President as he has not proven that he is “Constitutionally eligible” to be President and that Obama has not produced legal documents to show he legally changed his name from his ‘adopted’ name of ‘Barry Soetoro’ from Indonesia.

25. Their demands for 'long form' are just excuse to not accept any proof offered
no matter what is provided, they will claim it isn't enough 'proof' because the REAL problem is their belief that a black man cannot be the boss of them.

29. You can get a long form certificate from any state but you have to be very specific when
you ask for it. The long form is really only used for peculiar legal matters as the short form suffices for just about everything.

For example I had to get long forms of mine and some of my family for applying for Italian dual citizenship because those certificates go to Italy to be input into the communes records and they need all that extra information.

The original birth certificate I have from when I was born is only a short form, and this is what was issued back in the early 80's (I also have the 'footprint' certificate but it states right on it that it is NOT a real certificate of birth and only a memento). This short form was more than sufficient anytime it was needed like when I got my US passport. In fact, the only time a need for a long form arose was for the dual citizenship.

There is no reason they need to see a long form; they are just looking for any excuse.

21. Who has the "long form" of their Birth Certificate?
My birth certificate has the usual information, but it also has the name of the hospital, doctor's name, age and race of parents, mother's maiden name, and the address where my mother was living at the time of my birth, and at the top are the words: TERRITORY OF HAWAII.

I guess mine could be considered a "long form" version, but my oldest daughter's birth certificate looks just like the one that the has been shown by the president, and she was also born in Hawaii.

Someone should ask Mr. Berg to provide his "long form" birth certificate, I'll bet he can't!

38. I actually do, but I re-found it only recently; I'd lost track of it for some time.
And it's lucky I did, because I was able to lay my hands on it recently when I couldn't recall what I did with the shorter version I ordered back in 1999.

My "long form" is a notarized photocopy of the actual 1961 (yes, 1961!) document, made in 1984. The one I received when I requested a new one in 1999 is the "new form" that is not a photocopy of the original, but rather contains the same basic information in a new, computerized format.

The 1984 photocopy of the 1961 certificate does have more information than the 1999 document, but not all that much. For example, it has blank spaces to fill in the name of the hospital and the street address for the "Usual Residence of Mother," and check boxes for information like:

Is place of birth inside city limits?
Is residence inside city limits?
Is residence on a farm?

and check boxes for whether I was a single, twin or triplet birth and, if twin or triple, whether I was born first, second or third (not applicable, as I was a singleton).

It also has spaces to fill in my father's "usual occupation" and "kind of business or industry"--but not my mother's (which says a lot about the times).

It also asks questions related to "Previous Deliveries to Mother":

How many OTHER children are now living?
How many OTHER children were born alive but are now dead?
How many fetal deaths (fetuses born dead at ANY time after conception)?

There are spaces provided for "Informant's Name or Signature" and mailing address, the date of my mother's syphilis test prior to giving birth, the signature and address of the attendant at the birth and check boxes to indicate whether that attendant is an MD, DO, midwife or "other (specify)."

There's also a place indicating the date signed, a box with the registrar's signature, a place to stamp the date that the state health department registrar received the certificate and a space to indicate the date on which the child's given name was added and by whom (in my case that's blank; I'm not sure why; perhaps it was routinely left blank when the parents provided a name immediately, and only filled in when the child started out being listed on the certificate as "Baby Boy" or "Baby Girl" and was given a name later).

The portion of the document generated in 1984 indicates that it's a notarized copy of the actual document on file at the county health district office (the original 1961 document) and contains the signature of the person who was the county health district registrar in 1984.

Obviously, the 1999 document is not a copy of the 1961 document the way the 1984 document is, but it's a form in which the same basic information as in the original has been entered into a computerized document onto a new form of official document paper and that document has been notarized.

When birthers ask to see the "long form" of Obama's birth certificate, what they are asking for is something that may not even be available anymore, but it doesn't matter because the information would be the same. They are making a mountain out of a molehill.

I suspect that if it were me, and I provided the 1984-generated certified copy of my birth certificate in lieu of being able to produce the original 1961 document (which I do not possess), they would complain about that too, simply because it wasn't the ACTUAL 1961 document--even though it, unlike the 1999 document (or Obama's publicly available version of his own certificate) is an actual PHOTOCOPY of the 1961 document! They'd definitely complain that because it's tattered and crumbled in parts along some of the folds, and is torn around the notary stamp, that it couldn't possibly be real, and that when I assembled it to laminate it all back together, I probably laminated together fake and real parts in order to deceive. Which, of course, I did not. But they'd probably say "The paper is not all in one piece...the paper is chemically not more than 30 years old...the characters printed on it were printed with copier toner, not 1961-era typewriter ribbon...there are no impressions of keystrokes from a 1961-era typewriter onto 1961-era paper. Even if it was really created in 1984, you could have altered it between then and now."

So, what it really comes down to is this: Jesus himself could come down from Heaven in a blinding ray of light and say "Barack Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, and therefore is a natural-born US citizen"...and all that would cause them to do is frown and say: "This Jesus guy...who says he's for real anyway? He must be a fake."

42. My parents did.
They had what amounted to a "photographic negative" of my birth certificate. It was white writing on a black background. I have no idea whether the still have the thing. When I sent in for a copy of my birth certificate, so I could apply for a passport, they sent something that looked totally different and did not have all the same information on it. I doubt the original even exists any longer.

I hope somebody DOES ask Mr. Berg to provide his "long form" birth certificate. The same goes for every one else who shows up for that march.

What a fucking embarrassment to the legal profession and the country. And I don't believe that story of the 13-year-old for one nanosecond. That is so fabricated that it's dripping with makeup. And I also never had to show my son's BC when he was registered for school. And, finally, HE HAS SHOWN HIS FUCKING BIRTH CERTIFICATE NUMEROUS TIMES. They just can't handle it that a non-white is the president.

34. How is Berg working the skim?
Foundation? Church? A fat 'honorarium" from a nonprofit? Kickback from "expenses"? Is he getting paid for the list of names from the certificates he is sent? Lyndon LaRouche's "canidicacy" was a scam to enable credit card fraud. And there was a truck dealer in these parts (Charlie Kelton) who took phony loans in the name of legitimate buyers from his dealership* - maybe these folks will find themselves on the hook for a condo on Monserrat.
This goober may be beating a dead horse - but he's gonna cash it in at the "glue factory" before he's done.

"Berg is requesting all citizens of the United States to email, fax or mail a 'copy' of their Birth Certificate that will be presented to Obama..."

Well, how is he supposed to take THOSE seriously as real? I mean, an emailed copy of a birth certificate is not official...a fax of a birth certificate is not official...a "copy" is not official...

Better call the Font Squad!

"Oh, and look at this guy who sent a PDF of his certificate! That can't be real! It says he is 40 years old--but I can testify, there WAS no such thing as a PDF in 1970!"

Edited on Sun Feb-14-10 01:51 PM by old mark
It is interesting to see he has not changed in these many years. I knew one of his followers about 20 years ago who stopped filing Federal income tax because Mr. Berg taught him that the federal government had no authority over him because of some clause in the Constitution. This guy went to trial in Allentown and used that argument on the judge. The judge called him a fool and levied a heavy fine and costs, as well as back taxes and penalties. I have little doubt this guy is still a follower of Mr. Berg, who seems to enjoy a life in some special place very far removed from reality.

I hope this shit actually happens and these people are shown on national TV to be the fucking incredible jerks they are.

FWIW, I was born in the late 1940s in a Catholic hospital, and don't even have a civil birth certificate that I have evr seen. Mine looks like a piece of heavy art paper with catholic designs on it, filled out in fountain pen.

I guess I can never be president, which is probably better for every one.

mark
