What me worry?

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush pledged on Friday to veto -- and go on vetoing -- legislation that includes a timetable for pulling U.S. troops from Iraq but Democrats urged him to sign it.

Defying the veto threat, the Democratic-controlled Congress this week approved a $124 billion (62 billion pound) war spending measure that would require U.S. troops to begin leaving Iraq by October 1 at the latest.

"I'm sorry it's come to this," Bush told reporters. "I'm sorry that ... the issue evolved the way it has. But nevertheless, it is what it is, and it will be vetoed."

Senate Democrats, at a New York retreat, urged Bush to back off his threatened veto and consider the measure carefully.

4. He signs it, he has time to do something in Iraq
When he vetoes the bill, it will expedite the fact that the troops will have to come home.

If the money to fight is running out as bu$h CLAIMS then they will have to start withdrawal immediately if he vetoes.

Veto away georgie!

5. If * vetoes the bill... It will be a cold day...
... in hell when the troops start coming home... They are already under equipped, they are already tired from redeployment after redeployment... He'll just leave them there to die, and then blame the Democratic Congress...

Somebody gotta be blamed, ya know... :sarcasm:
