I was thinking of making a web-embeddable image that ticks up each time a cloture vote is filed

Does anyone think this would be useful?
Updates would be automatic based on senate.gov
It could be a gauge of instances of Republican obstructionism.
It would look like a LED sign like at the deli
At the bottom of the image it would say what was most recently forced to cloture vote, and whether or not it passed cloture.
