Bill Moyers Journal on now interview Jeff Toobin re: Supreme Court Decision

Discussing John Roberts' extremism and the radical Republicon Supreme Court.

Toobin says the decision will not result in money flowing to high profile elections like presidential elections but to state Supreme courts because corporations get more bang for their buck from buying state Supreme court seats.


Moyers says of the decision: "one person one vote--stop kidding yourself."

This is the nail in the coffin of democracy.

to fly under the radar on these state and local elections. I doubt there are more than a handful of people who can even name their State Supreme Court Justices.

We really do not have an informed electorate. We have a lazy electorate. It's easier to believe the lies forwared in some random email than it is to take the time and do yourwon research. Most people in this country don't understand how the government works much less how all this flow of money will affect them.
