4. He responds to my emails

I have been writing emails expressing my contempt for Cornyn and his decisions, actions, etc. since the inauguration. Some of them have been sincerely trying to express my desire to see him change his position and some of them have been general "FU, you F'ing embarrassment, get with the program or get out of the Senate." In general, I always get some sort of premade reply of his position on an issue that, in essence says, "Sorry I don't care what you think as a voter because this is what I believe and this is how I am going to proceed." Ironically, the responses also put me on his email list with regular requests for support, donations, etc. to which I have to then respond,"Are you insane? Do I sound like a supporter?," and then have to work to unsubscribe myself from getting emails as though I voted for him or support him.

I haven't yet gotten a response from letters to Hutchison.

5. my experience has been the exact opposite

when my son was in Iraq-multiple times-I wrote Kay multiple times expressing my disgust with their gameplan.She/her asssistant sent me letters specifically addressing my concerns.Maybe it's because I was a soldier's mom.Cornyn-zip.
