Supervisors reject bid to rename California's Mt. Diablo as Mt. Reagan

Just seconds ago, the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors decided against the requests to change the name of Mt. Diablo to Mt. Reagan, and also decided not to support a last minute request to change the mountain's name to Mt. John Muir.

... Although the Board of Supervisors doesn't have the final decision, they will send a letter, with their opinion to the U.S. Board of Geographic Names, saying they don't support any name change, and it should stay as Mt. Diablo right now, and in the future.

damn county Reaganland. Think that would satisfy republicans. Reagan started this downward slide in this country. I don't know why most people can't see that.
