When are the democrats going to regulate the banks?
Bank of America keeps putting a hold on cash that I deposit into my MIL's account and then charging her a $35 late fee. She even called the night before she spend the money and it said the money was available. Where are the democrats? Democrats use to regulate corporations but now they act more like republicans.

2. Never.
Our fearful leaders are too afraid the Republicans will get upset and hurt their feelings if they bother to pass Democratic legislation. The answer is: most likely never.

3. Two things:
1) The Democrats are never going to regulate the banks. The banks tell the Democrats what to do, not the other way around.

2) MOVE YOUR MONEY out of Bank of America. Move it into a community bank.

Here are links to all the info you should need. I moved out of Bank of America to a small community bank that offers me everything the "too big to fail" banks do without being skeevy in the bargain.

Type your Zip code in here to find local community banks with good performance ratings:

5. I'll mention this to my husband
We've never really discussed moving our money but it might be time to consider it.
