We also had independent street performers. :evilgrin:




My neighbors across the Bay, ImpeachBush-Cheney, launched this blimp yesterday in front of Nancy's office. It was flying proudly at Ocean Beach today. :)


Code Pink was out en force, and proud residents of the letter "C"


We had a great marimba band playing while we passed out lit, exchanged contact info and populated our letters.


These were my buddies in the letter "O" -- which we turned into a peace sign. So, the image went from "Impeach Now!" ----> "Peace Now!"



After a break and a snack, many participants are going to caravan over to Nancy's. I decided to pass on that part -- I could hear Kid eating the bathroom door.



It was great to see so many organizations out, as well as just plain folk from all over the Bay Area - like the young mom next to me with three toddlers and the "Imagine Bushlessness" signs. Thanks, guys. A great start to Impeachment Summer :loveya:

I was with Ms. November in the exclamation point (the DOT, even). The World Can't Wait provided orange jumpsuits and black hoods to everyone in the "!", so it ought to be an interesting aerial graphic.
