I'm a lifelong fan of Mister Johnny Cash.

Have you ever seen the black and white video of him mimicking Elvis back in the 1950s?

4. I fell into a burning ring of fire.
I TOOK a Johnny Cash 8 track tape with me to Southeast Asia in 1970. Little did I know I would be able to buy his pirated albums for $.25 American over there.

5. Happy Birthday Johnny Cash
Well I won't back down, no I won't back down
You can stand me up at the gates of hell
But I won't back down

Gonna stand my ground, won't be turned around
And I'll keep this world from draggin' me down
Gonna stand my ground and I won't back down

Hey baby, there ain't no easy way out
Hey I will stand my ground and I won't back down

Well I know what's right, I got just one life
In a world that keeps on pushin' me around
But I stand my ground and I won't back down

Hey baby, there ain't no easy way out
Hey I will stand my ground and I won't back down
No I won't back down.

7. Tom Petty didn't back down against the record industry crooks
and he won! He's a hero of the common man, evan as he's a rock star. Like Vedder, Young, and Cash et al.
