Not to be even remotely theological of course. I don't buy into that limited "claptrap."

Here's a humble suggestion for a first draft of a prayer. . which may or may not be timely but probably is.

A bunch of my silly ladies friends are gonna project this prayer to hopefully make this a far better place by focusing positive energy for the next couple hours at least. Feel free to participate or not. Generally we are irked with the level of snarkiness on the board.

So consider this. . .

It's a simple notion.

Ahhh it's a prayer. Far be it from me to feign control in these matters. We will be burning sage and trying to protect our keyboards.

There are two sides of your brains or hadn't you noticed ? But may be just try saying this. . .

Now consider taking a deep breath within all your faculties and repeat after me.

"Invoking great Light and calling upon the essence of the fire, the air, the earth, the water (you
can even add ether if you do so desire). . and calling upon the forces of
all of creation, in expression of, and with reverence for, universal love,
and truly spiritual and lasting mendings in each, and all of our lives, and especially
within this cyber community.

We are creating with spirit greater focus, kindness, clarity, compassion, enightenment and humor
to prevail in all the discussions which transpire here, so the truth will be revealed and all the distortions will
be dispelled.

We are creating with spirit truth and justice and fairness in our government and greater
unity between all who dwell upon this land. We are invoking great light and spirit to dwell within and without us.

We give thanks for this community and are creating with spirit, it's purification. "

Please amend or edit this as you see fit.

For some reason I'm compelled to add this quotation. . .

As honest Abe once quilled so succinctly. . .

I rather presumptuously further amend , . . . "and surely, our planet in
it's entirety.
