Now, two husbands and one live-in-lover later, Judith Stish Ross Nathan Giuliani has hitched her star to the man who is the GOP front-runner for the 2008 presidency.
She has climbed up from her parents' modest house in coal-mining Hazleton to a lavishly decorated $5 million apartment off Madison Ave. and a $4 million mansion in the Hamptons. She lunches at La Goulue, where the tab for two easily runs $125, and prefers Dolce & Gabbana designer clothes, pricey jewels and $525 Roger Vivier patent leather flats.

The girl from coal-mining country was married May 24, 2003, with the added satisfaction that the ceremony was held on the lawn of Gracie Mansion. Hanover had gone to court in 2001 to bar Giuliani from bringing Judith Nathan home to the grand mayoral mansion, saying it would be psychologically harmful to their children, Caroline and Andrew, who were 11 and 15 at the time.
Those familiar with their decision making said Rudy Giuliani didn't care where he got married. But his fiancée "insisted on Gracie as payback to Donna."
