Has it occurred to anyone in power that when states are making all |

these draconian cuts in education, social services, services to disabilities and special needs people, etc., that we might actually consider cutting funds to
the jails?
Are legislators in any state talking about this?
There was a show on ETV not long ago about how much money SC spends on jails, how much more than we did a few decades ago, but I missed it. If anyone saw it, please check in.

Here in Wisconsin they just released a bunch of people early. It's been all over the news.
