9. I agree
Even if there were Dems involved, I'd like to know which ones had the worst judgments.

I'd be surprised if they're not the usual suspects who vote with the Repubs.

8. I'm Curious about the Page She Published...
... somehow, I doubt it was "randomly selected," as stated. I'm guessing someone notable is caught on that page, and is meant to recognize his number.

10. I've ran about a dozen of them thru net detective and they all turn up blank.
Then again, these numbers are from 1996... lots of politicians have moved on since then.

I'll keep trying though..

PEACE!

11. I found four so far...
Edited on Sun Apr-29-07 07:13 PM by Sir Jeffrey
Two actual names (nobody important AFAIK), the Ritz Carlton in Arlington, VA and some condos in Orlando.

ON EDIT:

The number 202-331-2130 is for the Association for Competitive Technology in Washington DC. Here is their Wiki page:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Association_for_Competitive_Technology

Found a few more names and hotels too.

14. I am starting to think that this call girl ring was a nationwide operation
I found 2 seemingly "nobodies" by doing phone number searches. Then I did a search on driving directions from the 2 addresses, one in Altamonte Springs, Fla and one in Orlando, Fla. One is an old married guy, now 72 years old (he would have been 60-62 in '96) and the other is a woman whose age is not given. Amazingly, they live 12 miles apart. This is pure speculation on my part, but lonely guy calls escort service, escort service calls a girl in the clients area. Any thoughts to this ring being wider than D.C.?

17. It is possible...
given that she started it in 1993 and the records posted are from 1996. People move, and I am sure that satisfied clients with well-connected friends would help her grow the business. I can't wait for the rest of the list to come out.

I ran some more numbers and came up with a total of 14 good numbers (mostly hotels and the like). I had six good numbers for individuals, ranging from Maryland to Virginia to Orlando. I think I found an attorney on the list, given the name and address on the phone number (odd name and ritzy neighborhood).

20. What I find odd is that of the 2 people I found, they lived 12 miles apart
he was an older married man, 60 - 62 at the time, she was 25 - 26 years old at the time(I just found her age on another search). A call was made to him at 8:50 am, then a call to her at 9:02 am, then again at 9:23 & 9:24 am. Could be coincidence, huh? But... another search shows that this woman lives in a home purchased in 1998 for $135,000.. yet shows her annual income as between $25,000 - $34,999... and the home's current value to be $155,250... not bad for a girl making less than 35 grand a year, don't you think?

BTW, the guy's house is only worth $75,000, but his salary is $50,000 - $74,999 .... lists his occupation as marketing/sales ...

lord, I gotta get some sleep!...

You know they have records on who was registered to the room and/or who signed off on the phone bills for the room.

13. I tried Net Detective recently, and didn't think much of it
All of the information it gave me was outdated. I know it gets great reviews, I just can't figure out why. I tested it out on people I knew, and every single one was outdated, including my own information. It might actually be good for older numbers, though.

I do have the upgraded "Law Enforcement" version... but it's still not that impressive.

16. Well, as I said, it might be better for older #'s and addresses
For new addresses, I found a search engine that was pretty good, and free - http://zabasearch.com/ - it lists addresses that don't show up on other search engines.

I was actually looking for a long-lost friend who has an unlisted #, and found his address on Zaba Search, as well as on Net Detective, but Zaba Search let me know which one was most current.

thanks for the link and reminder! I'd love to sit here all night and try to find something incriminating but I have to be up at 4:15 am EST, so it's about time for me to hit the sack, like I should have done over an hour ago...

That's an odd way for a govt. to do business. Interesting page.
