LAWRENCE, Kan. -- University of Kansas officials are dealing with a potentially embarrassing situation involving an assistant men's basketball coach.

According to posts on Twitter, assistant coach Kurtis Townsend provided tickets to Wednesday night's KU-KSU game to adult film star Samantha Ryan.

Ryan is a former KU student, and she wrote about the free tickets on Twitter and posted a picture of her at the game.

"We know about it; Kurtis didn't do anything inappropriate," said Jim Marchiony, associate athletics director for the University of Kansas.
