I think the ethics committee should look into Massa, because the guy is a hypocrite and a jerk, and it sounds like he was doing inappropriate things to his subordinates.

But I find it rich that John Boehner of all people was pushing for the investigation.

The same John Boehner who handed out campaign "donation" checks from the tobacco industry ON THE HOUSE FLOOR MINUTES BEFORE A HOUSE VOTE ON LEGISLATION REGARDING THE TOBACCO INDUSTRY!

and something that should not be allowed in congress, Massa and his diddling was amongst adults.

What galls me to no end is, Hassert's aides verified that Hassert knew almost a year before he was outed that Foley was harrassing and stalking to some extent UNDERAGE MALES.

So in Boehner's eyes Massa should be investigated, but Foley and Hassert should be ignored.
