insurance industry and the hospital industry when implementing reform? Keep in mind we are talking about the government and the government is supposed to govern and make the rules. Who is in charge?

Pure and simple. Campaign contributions, post-political career consulting jobs, seats on Boards of Directors, all equal BIG $$. Doing what's best for most Americans -- pfft, not even on their radar screens. Worship the almighty dollar.

Money. Money is in charge. Or more succinctly, greed is in charge. It's nothing but greed. Everything our government does, it does for more and more money to line their own pockets and the pockets of their bestest buddies, the corporations.
In the last 30 years, our government and the corporations have become so greedy that you cannot talk to one without knowing the other is in their pocket.
It is a gross corruption of what the founding forefathers intended. It's a racket. Let's face it. We are officially serfs now. We are the masses, put here to work our asses off all our lives just to give it all to millionaires and billionaires who tell us one thing and do another...so they can get even more money than they already have.

4. Yes, corruption rules. That being said, they don't have to negotiate. |

That's the bottom line everyone is ignoring.
