Help Needed! New film on the exploitation of Africa

A friend of mine turned me on to this project...
What is interesting about it in my view, is that these 2 guys were not activists at all, when they went to Africa and were appalled enough by the situation over there, that they took the trouble to investigate the causes of the extreme poverty in Malawi and other African countries they visited.

The film needs $7500 in order to be completed, a paltry sum considering how much it costs to make any film...

The film contains great sequences in Africa, and interviews of John Perkins, ("Memoirs of an Economic Hitman"), George McGovern, and many others...

They first went to Africa, to film the work of the Hunger Project. Remember the Hunger Project? It was infamous for being a scam created by EST founder Werner Erhard. But it has distanced itself from its beginnings, and is now involved in microfinance, and making people self-sufficient and they are actually doing work as opposed to charging people to "think" the end of hunger...:)

So the project seems worth supporting, with the filmmakers being somewhat "crossovers" and in a good position to convince people who would never have thought in a million years that the Western so called "civilized" world had anything to do with the dire situation in Africa.

Help if you can!! It is time to wake up to the demolition of Africa!
